Zero Backlash couplings are the back bone of any machine where highly accurate positioning is key. They are used on Stepper motors, encoders and other places where no backlash can be tolerated in the drive. Supplies of these coupling are supplied include SIT, Ruland, Utkarsh, Zero-max & Bamatec.

Jaw couplings are the most common type of coupling. With some minor changes during the manufacturing process and the addition of a specialized element they can be made in to a Zero Backlash coupling. We offer jaw type zero backlash couplings from two suppliers SIT and Ruland.

We offer disc couplings from five different suppliers Zero-Max, Ruland, Utkarshr, Lovejoy and Miki Pulley. Steel disc couplings offer high Speed and temperatures but require no lubrication like other steel couplings. They are available in a standard coupling design as well as a spacer design.

This type of couplings uses 3 different size springs fitted inside each other to allow for high misalignment. The spring coupling can have many different hubs or flanges fitted to the ends and are available in a verity of different lengths.
